About Lorenzo
For 18 years, Lorenzo provided strategic Human Resources (HR) guidance to the corporate office of the largest healthcare company in the world. His experience involved guidance to corporate and facility leadership teams, and employees in the areas of employee relations, employment law, leadership development, compliance, policies and procedures, performance management, and employee experience. During this tenure, Lorenzo maintained a "people first" mindset while ensuring business alignment and performance.
Lorenzo brings this perspective and background to his clients in residential real estate, focusing on providing exceptional customer service with outcome-driven results, along with outstanding administrative and operational excellence that puts relationships and professionalism at the forefront. Lorenzo's goal is to create a red-carpet experience in all aspects of the home buying and selling process.
Lorenzo and his family reside in Wesley Chapel, FL, with their two dogs, Ruthie & Gigi. He is an active member of his church and community, a dedicated father and husband, an ultra-marathon runner, and a huge Philadelphia sports fan. His goal this year is to run a 62-mile ultra race in Moab, Utah, and a 100-mile race along the East Coast of Florida in December.
